Megan Newbury
Program Director
I am the Program Director this year at Glacier Camp. This will mark my fifth year working at Glacier Camp, but I have had camp experience throughout my life. I am a graduate from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. Some hobbies that I have recently gotten into are sewing, crocheting, knitting, small hikes, and biking.
Aaron Van Brocklin
Counselor
I grew up in Lincoln Nebraska but am currently living in Kansas City. This will be my third summer as a counselor at glacier and my first as the spiritual development leader! I’ve got a bachelors degree in psychology and am currently working as a paraprofessional at an alternative school in KC. In my free time I like to listen to music (big into 70’s rock and jam bands) paint and draw, hike/camp/spend time in nature, and hang out with friends. Looking forward to getting to know all of y’all this summer!
Elizabeth Small
Counselor
Hey, my name is Elizabeth, or you can call me Liz! I am from a small town outside Springfield, Illinois. This will be my second year working as a camp counselor, but this will be my first summer at Glacier Camp! In the fall, I will be a senior at Anderson University in Indiana. I am studying elementary education with a minor in special education. When I am not writing lesson plans or napping, I enjoy visiting new restaurants and book stores with friends, playing card games, and
watching Netflix. One fun fact about me is that my previous Girl Scout’s camp name was Cotton Candy.
Sophie Heinz
Counselor
Hello, my name is Sophie! I’m from the same small town as Liz; New Berlin. We also worked together last summer at the same Girl Scout’s camp (my camp name was Mustard). I’m currently a sophomore at the University of Missouri Saint Louis, studying sociology. I like riding my bike around campus and beating my friends at Mario Kart. One fun fact about me is that I've live in 7 different states
Reagan Farnsworth
Counselor
Hey! I’m Reagan and I’m from Queen Creek, Arizona. I’m a Star Wars enthusiast and a history nerd. I love painting and reading, but I’m at my happiest when I’m outdoors. The beach and the lake are my favorite places to surf and fish. My favorite animals are turtles and I love sour candy. This will be my first summer at Glacier Camp, but I’m no stranger to the camp scene.
Alex Byrd
Counselor / Lifeguard
Hi! I'm Alex and I'm from Tacoma Washington. I go to montana tech and I'm working towards my masters in mechanical engineering and bachelor's in aerospace engineering. I've been in the summer camp scene for many years and I'm looking forward to working with all of you at my first year at Glacier camp!
Olly Wicks
Counselor
Hey, I'm Olly! I'm from Liverpool in Great Britain, and this summer I will be Glacier's only international counselor. Back home, I study politics and work part-time as a cook and barista. This will be my second time on staff at Glacier Camp, and my third visit overall. I love all things sporty and competitive, and I can't wait to be back onsite and have fun with everyone!

Emma McGough
Kitchen Staff
Hello! My name is Emma McGough, I am 17 years old and I go to Glacier High School. Some things that I enjoy are, Cartoons and Anime, if you need a new cartoon or anime to watch just ask me, I love making friends with people. Something that I'm good at is Poetry. My favorite show is The Owl House and my favorite book is Warriors by Erin Hunter. I hope to make lots of friends so stop by the kitchen and say hi!
